Processos migratórios internacionais a partir da teoria do enquadramento: estado da arte e reflexões na perspectiva do jornalismo global e da produção de media visuais

Resumo
Este artigo apresenta uma revisão da literatura especializada sobre a teoria do framing ou marco midiático na cobertura de processos de migração. É composto por 32 artigos publicados em revistas acadêmicas especializadas no campo da comunicação e ciências sociais indexadas em bases de dados como Web of Science, Scopus, Dianlnet, Scielo, Wos e Google Scholar. Foi realizada uma sistematização da literatura para identificar ano de publicação, metodologia, enfoque/s teórico, paradigma teórico e foco geográfico do processo migratório. O principal objetivo deste trabalho é retomar a discussão com relação à pesquisa sobre framing e migrações para observar o estado da discussão sobre um fenômeno comunicacional cada vez mais constante em diversas partes a nível global como é a comunicação das migrações. Concentra-se, principalmente em publicações a partir de 2015 até 2023. A título de conclusão, oferecem- se a alguns aspectos gerais da sistematização da literatura e esboçam-se algumas reflexões quanto à importância dos meios de comunicação na cobertura sobre os processos de migração atuais.
