Abstract
The review of the book "Communication and the Third Sector of Social Action," edited by Lorena López Font, provides a comprehensive analysis of the reputation of NGOs in Spain and Latin America. Published in 2023 by Tirant Humanidades, the text compiles 17 articles from 30 authors across 15 universities, addressing topics such as corporate social responsibility, communication management, and the impact of social media on the reputation of organizations. The review emphasizes the need for authentic and adaptive communication in the third sector, particularly in the context of contemporary challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
