Abstract
Este estado del arte trata sobre las culturas juveniles en Colombia y la investigación realizada sobre los jóvenes de Popayán desde el 2008 hasta el 2012. La investigación busca la inclusión de la diferencia cultural de los jóvenes de una ciudad intermedia como Popayán, para entender las representaciones y los imaginarios del joven y sus prácticas cotidianas en relación a sus consumos y construcción de subjetividades. El presente estado del arte muestra unas líneas generales de los estudios sobre jóvenes en Colombia y pretende ser un aporte a los estudios sobre este tema.
