Abstract
This section presents participatory maps in the form of plans and drawings created by participants during workshops for the projects “Water for Life” and “Water for Peace,” as well as “The Senses of Water and Life in Southern Bolívar 1 and 2” organized by the Minuto de Dios University Corporation (UNIMINUTO). These images allow for the study and reflection on the reality depicted in them, which reflect the mentalities and imaginaries through which the inhabitants of a region perceive, understand, experience, and represent their environment. They combine a research dimension with an aesthetic one. The themes addressed concern each person’s place on their own territorial map, nature, and the environmental problems that affect them.
