Abstract
In a chronicle tone, without the rigid language or methodology of the academy, but with the sharpness of ethnography, this article summarizes the experience of cultural intervention, from audiovisual activity, in Caquetá, a rich, vast and beautiful region of central-southern Co-lombia, also historically abandoned by the central state and battered by conflicts of all kinds. With the collection of personal but illustra-tive stories of this reality, this paper offers valuable proposals about the use of amateur audiovisual production for the construction of his-torical memory and social awareness, especially among children and adolescents.
