Abstract

This article analyzes the relationship that exists between the curriculum, the syllabus and the Institutional Education Project. Furthermore, it discusses the concepts of pedagogy, didactics and methodology. Finally, it addresses the issues related to evaluation and presents a proposal for a syllabus organization which takes into account the basic standards of language competencies.
