The feelings and emotions in the professional identity of teacher

Abstract
This paper presents a description of the relationships between emotions, feelings, and professional identity of teachers in secondary education. Likewise, it shows the relationship exists between emotions and contextual factors that may affect a teacher’s perception on his or her practice. It parts from a theoretical review and a study of recent approaches in order to present the main aspects and figure out a proposal for the approach. It concludes with a brief description of the views and relevant research findings that have been investigated for the proposed relations.
