Abstract

This article collects the accompanying experiences from the Education Faculty in the Escuelas Normales Superiores in Nocalma and Girardot. This process is describes in terms it allows to understand how useful is to share with academic communities their knowledge and experiences. These experiences have been meaningful for the teachers and the Colombian education. Equally the article also stands out the learning that was acquired by the Uniminuto teachers involved in the accompanying process and the good results for the normales. This Schools obtained the satisfactory valuation by the Education Ministry.
