Nothing less than the future

Abstract

The author starts from distinction made to the city of Bogotá like Worldwide Capital of the book to analyze of critical way the problems that the reading like cultural exercise implies; for it he mentions specific cases of some nations in relation to this phenomenon. In sum, he tries to contribute to give more elements to the discussion on the promotion of the reading and the paper of the book in the construction of one better society proposing finally a challenge.
