Abstract

Abstract: The strategy of investing in human talent becomes a source of sustainable competitive advantage for organizations and can be examined through four key dimensions: transformational leadership, change management, strategic decision-making, and human talent development—highlighting their relevance and contribution to the field of management. Organizations that invest in human talent development can reap various benefits, such as enhanced innovation capacity, improved talent retention, and greater resilience in the face of crises; these factors can translate into a sustainable competitive advantage. This reflective article stems from the academic training undertaken during the Master’s in Administration program at the Corporación Universitaria Americana; it involved a systematic literature search across academic databases, a critical analysis of the gathered information, and a subsequent comprehensive reflection.
