Pedagogical projects as an approximation to the research

Abstract
Here, a synthesis from the experience developed by the program of “ingreso al escalafon” is presented. The program propose to the professionals involved the elaboration of a thesis, after they have taken pedagogy and emphasis in technology. With this socialization the criterion of classification is expressed. Those works are understood as investigative exercises. These works as an important activity of the teachers are called pedagogic projects. This concept is analysed and explained in detail. This article tries to show what is and what is not a pedagogic project. And what is the road that goes between the activity program and the culture of projects. During the last years the government has transferred to the institutions and regions the responsibility to think the educative intention presented as: educative and institutional projects.
