Abstract

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the relationship between academia and the vulnerable population from a perspective of corporate social responsibility and how this can contribute to improving the quality of life of the population. This relationship was visualized by the team from the development
of corporate social responsibility practices of the Business Administration program of Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios. Who questioned about what is the current legal regulation of attention and reparation of victims of the internal armed conflict? How is the process of reparation of the victims? How effective is local management in the care and reparation to victims of the conflict?, and, finally, the feasibility of carrying out an investigation that allows for the evaluation and measurement of local management in relation to the allocated resources.
