Abstract

This study compares Restorative Justice with other community-based restorative processes from a legal standpoint highlighting advantages and disadvantages and looking info the relationship between victims and criminals in o community context. This perspective introduces new agents in the Colombian judiciary system.

Actualmente dirige la Carrera de Ciencia Política de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Cali y coordina la línea de investigación sobre Justicia Restaurativa en el grupo DEIS.
