Reestablishing critical thought and technologies of the self: sense and body

Abstract
Throughout the patriarchal system, where women behavior has been imposed by male´s logic using repression, violence and the sense of guilty, it is necessary that women seek for ways that allow them to build their identity base on female feelings and experience. It is possible to rebuild women´s critical thought by using the technology of the self, which contributes to self caring –beyond self knowledgeas a principle of change in the female subject. This subject must be built by acknowledging distinctive female characteristics, as well as the inclusion of new social rules that point to a symbiosis that frees women from barbarism and violence. This is just the core of this paper.
