Abstract
This article deals with the importance, role and influence of the labor force in the chain of mango production in its processes when it includes the recovery link, seeking to be benefited through incentive programs by entities, public or private, allowing an alternative labor supply for the population. Thus, the influence of the labor force may be the strongest point or, on the contrary, the weakest and most vulnerable link in the optimum development of the productive chain, so that its study is paramount when evaluating the implementation of this link and the types of incentives and amounts needed to generate the expected impact. For the development of the research the case of the Tequendama - El Colegio region was taken as a reference.
Based on the use and application of simulation models from the dynamics of systems, a study was made of the behavior of the variables involved in the process. It was observed that these variables validate the influence of the labor force on this link regarding the incentives that can be obtained and the environmental impact generated.
Finally, we concluded that the incentives, tax benefits or specific amounts of money, that are paid to the producers or the industries are viable in the legal and governmental margin within the chain. They would also have a significant contribution to the environmental impact in the production system and contribute to the legal and social policies of the community by generating new jobs.
