Ethics in Plato and Moore: relationship with social mobilization and collective action
Main Article Content
Abstract
The present corpus tries to find a relation between ethics and collective action, in such a way that the ethical reflection is constituted in a strategy for the social mobilization and therefore in a reflection that allows the social groups to generate strategies of action around Common objectives. For this, the text draws on the theoretical approaches of ethics that have to do with the approaches of Plato, Moore (2002), and Noddings –ethics of care– (1984, 1992). Subsequently, the text introduces the concepts of collective action and social mobilization from Olson (1976) and Polit (1995), in order to retake the concept of ethics as a set of strategic actions for social mobilization.
