Abstract

Not only is a dialogue between the sciences and arts, specially literature, necessary. It´s accurate, likewise, to conceive Literature as a form of complex thinking capable of generating knowledge. In this sense, an expression as a novel, constitutes in itself a complex system that can correlate with the qualities of the sciences. Literary metaphor is multiple in its connotations and makes particular experiences universal; scientific expression is precise and accounts for the exterior world. The interchange between both ways of understanding the world may expand the complex vision of life.
