Abstract
The present paper is an exploratory explicative investigation about the current situation of touristic enterprises in Girardot, Cundinamarca. Regarding their situation, compliance of existing regulations on Safety and Health at Work.
The main objective in this paper revolves around identifying the touristic companies’ failures, compliance with the SST normativity and possible risk for workers and the company itself.
