Abstract

The present paper deals with the ontological understanding that Dussel makes, from the categories of, totality, exteriority, alterity, the Other, about the woman. Thus, he wants to show how Western thought based on a dominant ontological understanding has denied and defined its existential condition. Finally, as from erotic, it is possible to perceive its negation in so far as it is imposed on it by the ego cogito violence, on the one hand, and on the other by the androcentric dimension expressed in self -satisfaction.
