Main Article Content
Abstract
This article expresses the relationship between the subject and the neighbor as two freedoms whose encounter is conflicting, framing the aspect of the decision as an ontological construct according to the exposition by the French philosopher Jean Paul Sartre. The relationship between the State and individuals and their influence as a collective on the same are then observed to determine the construction of man as a being. This in the reciprocity of the responsibility of the three (subject, neighbor and state) to themselves and the situation in which they are immersed.
