The clown… far beyond clowning: a non-conventional communitybased intervention strategy for social work
Main Article Content
Abstract
The clown, a popular millenary art, is introduced theoretically and methodologically as a non-conventional community-based intervention strategy for social work in the process of re-entry into society and mentoring to inmates of the EPMSC from Zipaquirá. The author addresses the main postulates of sociocultural
dinamization, popular education and education through art. Theoretical review, practical beta exercises and approaches from a praxeological point of view contribute to define the epistemological framework for creating and building up new strategies for community intervention.
