Abstract

Abstract The seedbed of Investigation ¨For a better life, a better school environment¨, looks to gather in the following document the assessments compiled from the first phase of a research process that begins at UNIMINUTO, Girardot headquarters. It has as general objective the analysis of the processes of coexistence that are developed within some of the different institutions of Girardot and the region. In order to generate a new theoretical proposal that responds to the improvement of the quality of life, of all students, in the space where they share with others the most and they are most of their time. In order to respond to this research process 5 schools in the region were chosen with different characteristics and modalities, so as to make a very careful, critical and analytical comparison of the situations and processes that can be presented in the school, and then generate solution strategies according to each case. In each of the 5 institutions, it was generated an initial diagnosis which allowed to know the organization, characteristics and projection that the schools have for their own population. Thereby, be able to formulate a document of analysis on the coexistence within the processes that are carried out in the interior if the schools and identifying if they allow an adequate coexistence in their community.
