Abstract
Society, as an attitude of rejection, has frequently denied people with disabilities the right to work, ignoring that their condition is not an obstacle to contribute to a company’s productivity and progress. This is the thesis presented in this essay, along with the duty of the State to offer inclusive job opportunities.
