Abstract
This text is based on an educational context of new consultants in strategic communication through the Laboratory of Communication Strategies. This scenario, between 2020 and 2021, has formed teams of apprentices for the development of communication actions for SMEs, thus consolidating eighty seven (87) consulting teams and the same number of beneficiary companies and two hundred forty-ei-ght (248) trained students. Said teams have an integral component in their professional training characterized by innovation, creativity and ingenuity for the implementation of functional tactics as action practices from the digital development for the direction of informa-tive processes with a vision of (DIRCOM); also exercising an advisory function of the student (DIRCON) towards the managers, highligh-ting the communicational responsibilities from the experiences in the appropriation of interactive mass media, in order to lead digital communications, typical of (ESTRATECOM) in organizations. All of this evidenced a constant improvement in its links with internal and external communities.
