Abstract

Colombia’s armed conflict has left behind a series of problems and needs in illegal groups, public force, victims of the conflict, and a great part of society. Currently, in the posconflict stage after signing the peace agreements and programs for the re-entry of former combatants to civil life, there seems to be an
optimistic atmosphere and a positive perception about political, economic, and socio-cultural aspects in the country. This contributes to the development of social, economic and socioeconomic entrepreneurs in different regions, which helps to satisfy the needs and difficulties of people involved in the armed conflict
and facilitates social, cultural and economic inclusion.
