Abstract

This paper begins with a tour of some errors in history that caused economic, human and some irreparable damage to the social and economic dynamics of some territories in order to establish a reflection on the error and its possible range of impact. Then, it establishes a view from the training needs of professionals in administration, to contribute with some elements of reflection, motivation and awareness about the importance of some training areas established in academic programs.
